Hotel and Parking

Please plan to stay at the conference hotel.  We have arranged a special room rate for conference attendees.  Use this hotel link as it is the only way to guarantee the conference rate.  Staying in the hotel helps COFLT keep the conference rates lower.  The conference hotel rate is available until September 15 or until the conference block of rooms is filled.

Parking for conference attendees and overnight guests is free in the hotel lot. If the hotel runs out of spaces, there are other parking options nearby.

If ASL interpretation is required, please mark it in the registration page. Conference organizers must know if this is a requirement before September 15.

Cancellation procedure

If you need to cancel your conference registration, please send an e-mail to coflttreasurer@gmail.com and we will process your refund.  You will be charged a $15 cancellation processing fee per transaction.
