COFLT Board Members – $120.00
For current board members only
COFLT Members – $175.00
Conference registration for COFLT members (to access this rate, you must be logged in).
Non-Member Registration – $225.00
Conference Registration for Non-Members of COFLT. Does not include membership. To register as a member, please submit a membership application before registering for the conference.
PNCFL Member – $200.00
Conference registration for PNCFL members.
Retired Member Conference Registration – $100.00
Conference registration for retired COFLT members.
Student Member
Must be a full-time student with a COFLT membership. NO LUNCH IS INCLUDED WITH REGISTRATION. If you would like lunch, please select the a la carte meal option.

2024 COFLT-WAFLT Conference

The COFLT-WAFLT 2024 Fall Conference will be held October 10-12, 2024 in Portland, OR at the Sheraton Portland Airport Hotel with optional pre-conference and post-conference workshops. The theme of the conference is "Bridging Cultures, Fostering Global Communicators."

The pre-conference workshops will take place on Thursday, October 10, 5pm-7pm. There will be two post-conference workshops available to choose from Saturday afternoon, October 12, 2pm-4pm with our keynotes. Find more information, including workshop descriptions, at this link here.

We must give the hotel final meal counts on October 1. Any conference registrations received after October 1 will not include meals. Meals are included for all ticket types except fro students.

Pre-and Post-Conference Workshops

Registration for pre-conference workshop is limited so sign up soon to ensure your spot!

Pre-conference workshops: Thursday, October 10, 5-7pm.

Post-conference workshops with keynote speakers: Saturday, October 12, 2-4pm.

Hotel and Transportation
Please plan to stay at the conference hotel. We have arranged a special room rate for conference attendees. Use this hotel link as it is the only way to guarantee the conference rate. Staying in the hotel helps COFLT keep the conference rates lower. The conference hotel rate is available until September 15 or until the conference block of rooms is filled.

Parking for conference attendees and overnight guests is free in the hotel lot. If the hotel runs out of spaces, there are other parking options nearby.

If ASL interpretation is required, please mark it in the registration page. Conference organizers must know if this is a requirement before September 23.
