Constitution Board Notes:

The Board consists of: Executive Board, representatives of state chapters of language associations, eight at-large members, Publications Editor, and the Webmaster. PNCFL and ACTFL representatives if available.
Executive Board: President, Vice-President (President-elect), Past-President, Executive Secretary, Treasurer.
President and Vice-President serve one year. Vice-President assumes President. Nominees must have served on the board within the previous five years.
Executive Secretary and Treasurer serve three years.
Eight at-large board members for two year terms: two K-8 representatives, four 9-12 representatives, two post-secondary members.
Publications editor and webmaster are appointed by President for three year terms.
